We couldn’t be happier with Brandon our project manager! He superseded our expectations. We were a little nervous building our home for the first time but Brandon makes it look and feel easy. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with all parties involved along the way. Whenever a problem arose in the process Brandon made sure it was corrected faster than I could hit send on my email. He was very thorough and detailed. Maggie our Realtor with Skogman was fantastic as well and really helped us with the process. Although this company is huge the owners are involved and that’s not something we expected but appreciated. The vendors they use are top notch as well.

We have received many compliments about how beautiful it is. We worked closely with Maggie and Jennifer for months, designing and getting the perfect floor plan in place. They were so generous with their time and were very patient with us, as we had multiple meetings, made tweaks and adjustments until we had exactly everything we were looking for. Brandon was an awesome project manager, addressing all questions and any concerns we had along the way. The vendors were all very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone we worked with throughout the process was very responsive and construction was completed on time (a couple weeks early actually). We are definitely in our dream home!
